Can you make this bridle(Pelham bridle) with the brow band like Edge sewn bridle head ?

A: Do you mean shaped like the edge sewn bridle so that a personalised name plate can go on it? If so:
Yes. As it would be a special one-off order it would be a bit more expensive.
With a shaped brow band the total price of the pelham bridle would be $105.00.
With a shaped brow band AND A PERSONALISED NAME PLATE (engraved with an inscription of your choice) the total price would be $120.00.
